Delivery Service



Delivery service fee: HK$100 for Hong Kong Island; HK$100 for Kowloon; HK$100 for the New Territories.


Customers can enjoy free delivery service for any order with spending of HK$500 or above.


The delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. Delivery services to outlying islands are only available to Tung Chung and Airport. Delivery service is not available to Ma Wan and overseas.


Your order will be delivered within five working days to the address of your choice.


Special attention is given to the preparation of our products for shipping. Orders are sent via express delivery service. Products are protected and kept at an optimal temperature throughout the transportation process.


All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Blesscuit Bakery reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.


Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody for collection. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.


Delivery service is not available if there is no legal unloading area within 50 meters of the delivery address. Home delivery is not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles or buildings without a functioning lift to the 3/F or above.


In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery we will rearrange another delivery.


Delivery service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal #No.8 or the Black Rain storm signal is hoisted, or such other weather condition whereby delivery is considered unsafe. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.


If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of the Company or not.
